Refund policy

 

ONLINE POLICY

Refunds
All customers have 7 days after receiving their order to request a refund. When requesting a refund all tags on the items have to be on the items, the items have to have no scent, be unwashed, have no stains, must be unaltered and has to be in the same condition as purchased. When requesting a refund please email infobaddiegalorefashion@mail.com When you send in your refund request please include your full name and order number. Once you have been contacted by an agent, they will give you a shipping address where the items will need to be shipped to for inspection. Once we receive the items and they pass our inspection process the customer will be refunded. If items are damaged, have a scent, deodorant marks, stains, or if the items are altered or washed no refund will be issued and the customer will have to pay for us to reship the items they have sent back to us. 

No refunds will be issued on sale items, All sales are final but all sale are eligible for size exchanges.

If an item is out of stock, customers will receive a notification that they have been refunded for the item that is out of stock. The refund will be issued immediately once the notification is sent out. Please understand that all refunds take up to 7 days to show up on your card and on your bank statements. Once a refund is issued it's up to the bank to process the funds back onto your card. 

Exchanges
All customers have up to 30 days for exchanges. For all exchanges please email infobaddiegalorefashion@mail.com please provide your full name, the order number and reason for exchange along with the photos of the items you would like to exchange. All tags must still be intact, the items must be unwashed, unaltered, have no stains, no deodorant stains, and in the original condition that you received the items. Once we receive an exchange request an agent will contact you and give you a shipping location where you can send items in for inspection. If items pass the inspection then we will ship out a new order with the size exchange, if the items are disapproved because the tags are not present or because the items have been worn or altered, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for us to return the defective item.   

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like white garments, underwear, lingerie, bodysuits, bathing suits and personal care goods, make up, bundles, hair care, wigs, bundles or custom wigs, (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
